Our Wines
While primarily focused on growing high quality fruit for select winemakers, Dineen Vineyards does produce a very limited quantity of estate grown and bottled wine under our own label.
First released in 2006 under the Dineen Family Vineyards label, our wine is hand crafted by notable winemaker Scott Greer of Sheridan Vineyard.

2007 Heritage Red — $26.00 a bottle 1-5 / $22.00 a bottle 6+
Notes: Our 100% estate grown, right bank Bordeaux-style blend was made from 4th leaf vines planted in the rocky hilltop Winery Block that surrounds the winery. The blend is comprised of 50% Merlot, 30% Petit Verdot, 15% Malbec and 5% Cabernet Franc. The wine was aged for 23 months in 20% new and 80% one-year-old Taransaud and Seguin-Moreau French barrels.
The wine is deep ruby red with a lighter ruby rim. The nose reveals bright red cherries and cranberries with a streak of cocoa. Anise comes forward as the bouquet develops followed by caramel, earth, and a hint of vanilla. In the mouth the cherries and cranberries give rise to plum and citrus peel. Clove and white pepper spice up the medium to long finish. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Notes: A very limited amount of this special wine will be released in April, 2010. The wine was aged for 27 months in all new Taransaud barrels. Tasting notes are not yet available. Pre-Orders may be placed now.
